What we actually do
Silent Study is a browser extension backed by an answer database. When it meets a question it has seen before, it answers from that database. When it meets something new, AI fills the gap — and that new answer improves the database for everyone else.
Edgenuity changes regularly. When a page layout shifts or a new activity type appears, the bot reports it back automatically, which is how we ship fixes weekly instead of waiting for support tickets to pile up.

Known questions come from a verified database. AI is the fallback for something new, not the default guess.
